2. Develop and create

Patterns and product technical files development

After the selection of fitting, fabrics and specificities such as marking (embroidery, screen printing, transfer), our style office produces the patterns for your corporate clothes, uniforms or PPE, as well as the detailed technical files ensuring the correct production of your collection.

Prototyping

Prototyping is a crucial step during the creation of your future outfits. They make it possible to give shape to the initial concepts, to validate them or, if necessary, to modify them. Once approved, the prototype becomes the reference on which production will be based.

Measuring process

We provide you with a team trained in taking measurements as well as the necessary tools for the correct sizes determination of your employees.

Fitting campaign

The fitting campaign represents the final step of the tailor-made creation of your collection. Carried out by our stylists and modellers, this process will be an opportunity to see the actual result and to plan the length adjustment and the final touch-ups necessary so that uniforms and suits have a perfect fit, in accordance with your safety, morphology and comfort constraints.

3. Produce and deliver

Manufacturing management

Everything is done to optimize manufacturing solutions, their costs and their ecological impact: local sourcing or major imports; small, medium or large series, short or long lead time. Each project has its own solution.

Monitoring and quality control

Each manufacturing step of your corporate clothing is rigorously controlled by our teams or by an independent organization to ensure a qualitative result in accordance with our quality charter (quality control, fabric test, quality control on line, before leaving the factory and upon arrival of the goods in our warehouse).

Customer delivery: by platform, store or employee

In order to save you time and optimize your available resources, various delivery options are proposed to you: delivery to your company, to your stores and even directly to your employees' homes, in France, Europe or worldwide.

Repeat orders management: storage and delivery

Our integrated logistics warehouse, with a storage capacity of more than 2500 m2, and 100% dedicated to our customers, allows us to manage your stocks and repeat orders with reactivity and efficiency. We have multiple storage options (pallet, hanging, flat). We apply strict procedures to ensure the traceability and reliability of our shipments: barcode identification, alarm system and video surveillance.
